Chef J is a Chef and Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach with a deep passion for supporting digestion and overall gut health. She focuses on the gut because of its powerful connection to the brain and the body as a whole. Chef J’s approach is rooted in lifestyle—promoting comfort, balance, and awareness through mindful eating, nourishing food choices, and supplements when appropriate. She offers healthy cooking classes and thoughtfully curated culinary experiences in Houston, along with nutrition and wellness consultations available in person or via Zoom.

These hands-on classes are designed for small groups of 6–10 participants and focus on building maximum flavor through herbs, aromatics, and whole ingredients—showing how nourishing meals can be deeply satisfying without complexity. Each class is collaborative, educational, and centered on practical techniques you can use every day.
