This culinary tradition is known as “cucina povera” which means poor cooking, emphasizes making the most of what is available locally and seasonal. Although the food is simple, it is very rich in flavor and hearty. Tuscany is the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance and home to famous historical figures like Leonardo Da Vinci and Michelangelo. We will prepare this 4-course exquisite menu together, paired with Italian wines in a comfortable setting so you can relax, learn, and enjoy this culinary journey.
